We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Project Coordinator Support professional to join our team in a dynamic warehouse setting. This role is heavily focused on data entry, administrative organization, and maintaining accurate records within a fast-paced industrial environment. While we are willing to train the right candidate, the majority of this role is solely dedicated to managing data entry. • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and manage large volumes of data across internal databases and systems on a daily basis within a warehouse environment.

• Administrative Support: Assist warehouse and project teams with general administrative duties, document tracking, and routine reporting.

• Inventory System Tracking: Maintain, input, and verify data related to warehouse inventory, stock levels, and supply chain movements.

• Record Keeping: Ensure all physical and digital files, spreadsheets, and logs are kept organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

• Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly.

• Experience: Previous data entry and general administrative experience are required.

• Preferred Background: Experience utilizing warehouse inventory systems or working directly in a warehouse/supply chain setting is a strong plus!

• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong typing and data management skills, and the ability to stay focused during high-volume data entry tasks.

• Trainability: Eagerness to learn internal systems and warehouse workflows quickly, with a proactive approach to day-to-day operations.
