Position Title: Project Coordinator
Duration: 6 months contract
Pay Range: $26-28/hr
Work designation: Home-based
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm central

Select hardware needed for resource: Using their own or supplier-owned PC/MAC with Virtual Desktop
Description:
The project coordinator will help manage timelines, send email communications, coordinate approvals for The Foundation projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholders.
* High attention to detail, including comfort with reviewing numerical and written information.
* Proactive and self-directed, with a willingness to seek guidance and ask questions.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to streamline tasks for efficiency.
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
* Willingness to learn and use grantmaking software systems.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred (Not Required):
* Experience with mail merging complex spreadsheets into Word documents and Outlook templates.
