Position: Order Management
Shift: Part-time / Full-time 6am - 230pm
Pay: $20 /hr based on experience

Empire Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Order Management candidate for our Lathrop site. This is an innovative e-commerce company that sparks kids' creativity and curiosity through offline and
online materials and inspiration. We offer kids a delightful, engaging way to explore, create, and learn.
Our core offering is a subscription service. We design and deliver awesome hands-on projects to kids. We
also manage an e-commerce storefront and content platform. We take great pride and ownership in the
products we build and in the community of parents and kids we serve.

Warehouse Job Overview:
You'll be part of the warehouse team that gets orders ready for our customers. Our fast-paced, physical roles take place in a variety of areas including fulfillment, inbound/outbound, remediation, and inventory.
You will be performing tasks in the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction, meet quality, cost,
and standard level agreement goals.

Some of your duties may include:

• Be a Warehouse Management System (WMS) super-user to provide assistance and to help to
• identify, flag, and resolve issues within the system.
• Enter and process orders accurately into different internal/external systems databases and
• organize and maintain all related documentation, including work orders and shipping documents needed for fulfillment.
• Process and validate high volume orders, ensuring 100% accuracy in product details and shipping information.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment and shipping teams to distribute work orders and deadlines.
• Communicate with carriers, manage shipping schedules, and resolve transit issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding order status, tracking, and delivery timelines.
• Audit, log, and report quality issues.
• Provides support in other departments as needed
• Communicate warehouse activities or issues to leadership.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment at all times.

You'll need to be able to:

• Work with a variety of systems and basic business tools like Google docs, WMS, Shipping
• Systems, Data entry.
• You have intermediate Excel skills (eg. pivot tables, vlookup formulas, reporting)
• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and comfortable multitasking within different systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Push/pull utility carts and use carts, dollies, pallet jacks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach on a routine basis.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to strict safety, quality and warehouse production standards
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and spend at least 50% of your time on your feet.
