Machine Operator / Filling Operator

We are looking for a Filler Machine Operator for a personal care (cosmetics) company. This position is responsible for operating a tube filler or packing machine, performing machine tooling changes to accommodate various components, and ensuring smooth and efficient production. The operator will adjust machinery and equipment as needed, monitor performance, and troubleshoot any issues that arise while the product is running.Location: LivermoreSchedule: 6am-2:30pm | Overtime as neededPay: $25-$26What You'll DoMonitor equipment while running to assure optimal throughputBasic knowledge of packaging equipment (machine) to ensure minor troubleshooting and correct issuesPerform changeovers and basic machine troubleshootingOperate tube filling/packaging machinesSet lot/batch numbers & expiration datesDisassemble/Assemble filling/packaging equipment as necessary,Work with maintenance and supervisorsKepp tools organized and clean and free of unnecessary partsPerform equipment cleaning by dismantle and assemble equipment according to equipment cleaning SOP in a specified time of execution.
