We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Accurately pick orders based on customer requests and packing slips.
- Utilize handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring that all items are protected during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Dependable daily attendance and ability to meet productivity goals
- Strong organizational work
- Detail-oriented
- Prior order picking experience preferred but not required
- Be able to lift and carry 30lbs
- Be able to work one weekend shift per week.
