Parts Counter Sales Rep | Hattiesburg, MS (36955)

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. With continued growth, we are looking for a Back Counter Parts Representative to support commercial vehicle parts sales to retail customers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Parts and sales support to retail customers
• Participate in company training programs for career development
• Assist with other parts initiatives as needed
• Pull and stage parts as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Automotive or Commercial Truck parts experience is desired
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
• Must have a strong work ethic focused on serving and supporting our customers (internal and external)
• Basic understanding of computers and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications 
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to build strong customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to work well within a team environment
• Previous Forklift experience is necessary
• May have to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Aftermarket experience is a plus
