We are looking for a full-time Account Manager.

First Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:25 am-4:30 pm.

ABOUT EMPIRE SCREEN PRINTING:

Empire is a family-owned, award-winning business that prides itself on using environmentally-friendly print methods. Empire is a full-service company in OEM and POP markets, producing overlays, vinyl decals, crystal-line domes, nameplates, magnets, and roll labels, using UV LED and UV screening, digital and flexographic printing.

JOB SUMMARY:

The purpose of this role is to support the growth of business through strong client relationships and an understanding of the value added by the company. This position plays a key role to delivering continually evolving service, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing new business opportunities while fostering a partnership culture of customer and company. The Account Manager will communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. The Account Manager will operate all required software, accurately sell all print types and finishing functions, have knowledge of materials, blueprints, tooling, stock-cutting, and press capabilities. Account Managers work independently to provide solutions based on customer needs while utilizing all Empire standards and capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Ability to deal with customers as well as all departments to access and analyze situation
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to write and present effective proposals
• Business math skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be detailed-oriented, highly organized, ambitious, creative and able to “think outside the box”
• One year outside sales or experience in related industry desired
• PC skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and ability to excel with minimum supervision
• Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
