Key Responsibilities
- Support PMs and leadership with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client communications with professionalism
- Prepare and organize project files: contracts, change orders, invoices, permits, and punch lists
- Assist with job start prep, material tracking, and closeout documentation
- Maintain clean digital systems and shared folders so information is always accessible
- Help track workflows, checklists, and SOPs across active projects
- Support light bookkeeping/admin tasks as needed (invoicing support, data entry)
- 2 or more years of administrative or office support experience (construction preferred)
- Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with common office tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate next steps
- Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 employee.
- Hourly rate at $22, based on experience
