Who we are looking for:
Relive Health is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide exemplary client care and education regarding IV Vitamin therapy, hormone replacement therapy, regenerative medicine and our other treatments provided. Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Administer IV Vitamin Therapy, and injectables to patients.
- Perform venipuncture, accessed implanted ports, maintained peripheral IV lines
- Perform infusions and monitor patient's status throughout the entire infusion as well as manage emergency reactions.
- Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab.
- Follow state and federal nursing guidelines and standards
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions
- Liaise with administration and other medical team members pre and post therapy and participate in shared decision making
- Accurately use the online booking systems
- Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
- Provided documentation to the administrative team for submission to the EHR.
- Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.
- Maintains up-to-date Nurse education including knowledge of the internet for IV Infusion
- The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee
- Must have an active RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current NJ License Upon Hire Required
- Bachelor's of science, Associate degree in nursing or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Must have previous experience in administering IV Infusions, Venipunctures and injections.
- Active and up to date Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Critical thinking, compassionate, nonjudgmental, with attention to detail and organized. Calm under pressure and ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills is a must
- Ability to demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with staff members, clients as well as with referral sources
- Must Client confidentiality and discretion are essential. Must follow HIPPA guidelines.
