Aesthetic, Regenerative & Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time)
Starting Pay: $65–$70/hour plus bonus opportunities
Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week, including every other Saturday

We are seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical, aesthetic, and leadership experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about injectables, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and helping patients achieve true inside-out wellness.
What You’ll Do
Functional & Regenerative Medicine
- Conduct detailed health assessments and develop individualized wellness programs using regenerative and functional medicine principles
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptide therapy, and weight-loss medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.)
- Administer IV nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, and venipuncture procedures with advanced skill and precision
- Order and interpret laboratory results, providing detailed follow-up plans and patient education
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure integrated, evidence-based care aligned with NP scope of practice
Aesthetic Injector & Clinical Care
- Perform comprehensive consultations and create customized aesthetic treatment plans
- Administer cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers
- Perform or oversee procedures such as microneedling, PRP/PRF, chemical peels, and laser therapies
- Educate patients on skincare, post-treatment care, and long-term rejuvenation strategies
- Maintain precise documentation and compliance with all medical and aesthetic protocols
Leadership & Operations
- Serve as a clinical leader, promoting safety, compliance, and excellence in patient outcomes
- Support or oversee staff training in injectables, IV therapy, and wellness services
- Collaborate with management and marketing teams on patient education, branding, and community engagement
- Contribute to a culture of growth, professionalism, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited NP program; national board certification required (FNP-C preferred)
- Aesthetic injector certification and a minimum of 6 months of hands-on injectable experience required (both neurotoxins and dermal filler)
- Experience or strong interest in functional and regenerative medicine highly preferred
- Proficiency in IV therapy, venipuncture, and hormone optimization
- Strong leadership, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused wellness environment
