Hospitality Showroom Intern – Atlanta Location
Position Title: Hospitality Showroom Intern
Location: Empire Office – Atlanta Showroom at The Battery
Timeframe: Fall 2025 Semester (with potential to extend)
Schedule: 10–15 hours/week, flexible around class schedule

This role is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Hospitality, Event Management, Interior Design, or a related field who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and hosting showroom tours and client events
- Greet visitors and support a warm, professional first impression
- Help coordinate vendor appointments and product presentations
- Organize and maintain the showroom’s material library and visual displays
- Assist with administrative tasks and general coordination support
- Collaborate with the design, sales, and marketing teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Event, Interior Design, or related program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with design software or event planning tools is a plus
