Position Overview
Empire and Co. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-motivated Architectural Walls Project Manager to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for managing architectural wall projects from early design coordination through final installation and client sign-off. The Architectural Walls Project Manager ensures projects remain on schedule and within budget while coordinating vendors, internal teams, and field operations to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage preliminary orders and compile all necessary project documentation
- Oversee proposal management, pricing review, and order placement
- Conduct detailed order management and compliance review
- Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle from planning through completion
- Perform field dimensioning and site surveys
- Cross-check specifications with vendors to ensure product compliance
- Attend construction meetings and coordinate with general contractors
- Oversee deliveries and supervise movable wall system installations
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Facilitate client sign-offs and manage final punch list completion
- Conduct ongoing sales and project performance assessments
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate degree (AAS) or higher preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes
- Experience within a furniture dealership preferred
- Experience working with architectural firms preferred
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills required)
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Team Design, or similar systems
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of CET Design
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- $75,000 – 85,000 based on experience
