If you’re comfortable operating a forklift or combi-lift, enjoy hands-on work, and are willing to learn skills like powder coating, washing, and material preparation, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

Who We're Looking For

You’re someone who takes pride in being dependable. When something needs moved, loaded, washed, prepared, or finished, you’re willing to jump in and help get it done.

You may already have experience operating a forklift or combi-lift in a manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or production environment. Maybe you’re looking for a place where you can take what you already know and build additional skills instead of doing the exact same thing every day.

You don't have to know powder coating when you walk through our doors. You do have to be willing to learn it.

• Is comfortable operating a forklift or combi-lift

• Is willing to wash, prep, hang, load, unload, and move materials
• Wants to learn powder coating and other areas of the operation
• Can work independently without needing someone constantly looking over their shoulder
• Steps in when teammates need help
• Takes pride in doing things the right way
• Can handle a physical job that requires standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day

More Than One Job to Learn

This isn't a position where we expect you to stand in one spot doing one thing forever.

You'll have the opportunity to learn different parts of the HotKote operation. Depending on your experience and interests, that could include forklift/combi-lift operation, material handling, washing and preparing parts, loading and unloading the coating line, and learning how to powder coat.

Come in with a willingness to work, and we'll give you opportunities to build your skills.
