Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Florida for an IT Helpdesk Specialist.
This role goes beyond traditional helpdesk support. You will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations while also contributing to system improvements, automation, and infrastructure across the organization.
The ideal candidate is technical, proactive, and comfortable working across Microsoft environments, networking, and automation tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Admin Center)
- Working knowledge of Azure / Entra ID
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with Meraki is a plus, not required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience supporting automation or workflow improvements
- Exposure to endpoint security or compliance tools
- Experience in a multi-location environment
- Interest in growing into systems, automation, or engineering roles
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide IT support across multiple offices and teams
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and general network-related issues
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment including users, permissions, and security policies
- Support and manage devices through Microsoft Intune (deployment, compliance, policies)
- Assist with Azure / Entra ID administration
- Build, maintain, and improve workflows using Power Automate
- Develop and support internal tools using Power Apps
- Support office technology including copiers, printers, and endpoints
- Assist with networking tasks as needed in coordination with the System Administrator
- Document processes and contribute to ongoing IT improvements
