Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems, including refrigerant line repairs and ammonia refrigeration setups.
- Weld or perform equipment repairs as needed to restore system functionality efficiently.
- Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and logs of all work performed for compliance and future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems or related mechanical fields.
- Strong construction knowledge with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans accurately.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems.
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing, welding techniques, and property maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with field service operations including troubleshooting on-site issues swiftly and effectively.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment confidently.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
