Role Description
The Growth Marketing Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role supports the planning and execution of demand generation and growth campaigns across digital and offline channels for healthcare SaaS clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, assisting with campaign planning, coordinating marketing assets, and tracking performance metrics. The associate will collaborate with marketing, sales, and client teams to refine messaging, support lead generation initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client goals. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining project documentation, and continuously testing and optimizing tactics to drive qualified pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling content across multiple formats (website copy, email sequences, social media, sales collateral, case studies, etc.), leveraging AI tools to increase output quality and velocity.
- Draft and manage outbound email campaigns, including sequencing and personalization to drive qualified pipeline for healthcare SaaS clients.
- Build and execute paid campaigns on Meta, managing campaign budgets and allocation to optimize spend against performance targets.
- Manage marketing operations and pipeline tracking in GoHighLevel, coordinating campaign execution across digital channels.
- Coordinate and support growth programs including webinars, industry events, and digital campaigns tailored to healthcare decision-makers.
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, and client teams to develop materials that support the deal cycle and reinforce client value.
- Track marketing analytics and establish metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, continuously optimizing based on data.
- Conduct market and customer research, including competitive analysis and buyer profiling, to inform growth strategy and positioning.
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation to ensure timely, client-aligned delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in market research, including competitive analysis, customer profiling, and data interpretation to inform growth strategies.
- Understanding of sales processes and collaboration with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Foundational marketing skills, including campaign coordination and hands-on experience with digital channels such as Meta advertising, outbound email, and GoHighLevel.
- Experience with marketing analytics and campaign budget management, using data to guide optimization decisions.
- Solid project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or strong interest in healthcare or B2B SaaS markets is beneficial.
- Comfort with analytics tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, spreadsheets) and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
