Empire Beauty Schools is seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to support full cycle recruitment for assigned regions and schools by attracting and hiring top talent.
About The Position
Under the guidance of the Regional Manager of People Services, the Recruiter will manage open requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and execute effective recruitment strategies that support business needs and align with Empire Beauty School’s overall HR strategy. This role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing for a variety of school-based and Home Office positions. You will collaborate closely with school leadership and People Services team mates to identify hiring needs, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and process new hire onboarding. Additionally, the Recruiter will create and manage job postings, leverage social media and other recruiting tools, attend job and career fairs, maintain accurate requisition and applicant records, and ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and EEO/AA requirements. This work directly supports Empire’s mission and Core Values by placing the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
The salary range for this position is $53,000.00 - 55,000.00 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience in admissions or higher education recruiting is a plus
