Starting salary of $63,000 annually, or salary aligned with experience and licensure, plus mileage reimbursement.

Position Details

• Developing anddemonstratinga collaborative work environment in support ofMerakey'sCore Values.
• Creating a culture that fully engages employees and empowers others to suggest and make decisions for continuing improvement.
• Providingongoing guidance, mentoring, feedback, and motivation to staff to ensure competent performance while adhering to department and Merakey policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements, as well as requirements from payors.
• Overseeing the profit and loss for the program and managing daily operations.
• Maintaining productive working relationships and communication with external and internal stakeholders.
• Overseeing recruitment and new hire onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field required.
• Licensed in PA asa Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS) required.
• Experience in the behavioral health field with:
  • Two years in a mental health setting.
  • Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Possess at least two years of program management experience required.
