Job Title: Above Ground Pool Installation Helper
Empire Contracting is looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our crew for the upcoming pool season. We are a small, dedicated team with a high volume of work through partnerships with some of the largest pool retailers in Minnesota. If you want to get in on the ground floor of a growing business and aren't afraid of a little dirt, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a labor-intensive role where you will be working directly alongside the owner. Your primary focus will be:
- Site Prep: Digging, shoveling, and leveling ground for pool pads.
- Material Handling: Moving sand, blocks, and pool components.
- Site Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- Support: Assisting with the physical assembly of above-ground pool structures.

- Experience: None required! We will train you on everything you need to know.
- Attitude: You must bring a positive, "can-do" attitude every day. Construction can be tough, and we need someone who stays motivated.

Requirements
- Work Wear: Must wear a plain shirt (no large graphics/logos), work pants, and sturdy work boots.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to get to the shop or job sites in the Albertville/St. Michael area.
