What We Are Looking For:
- Bring 3 years of homebuilding experience, including expertise in monolithic slab and crawl space foundation systems.
- Knowledge of the South Carolina Building Code and OSHA regulations.
- Need to have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong customer services skills, problem solving and organizational time management skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage relationships.
- Ideally have experience installing basements.
- Construction management degree is an asset.
- Experience with BuildPro and NewStar is an asset.
- Experience working with Excel is an asset.

- Monitor construction process from drywall to finish, providing technical guidance as needed to Trade and Laborers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and reports as well as resolves any code violations, Trade deficiencies, material delays, safety breaches and other associated construction process challenges to Director of Construction.
- Execute full completion of the assigned home prior to the closing date 100% of the time, schedules PDI and manages Trades, Handy Persons (permanent &/or 3rd party staffing solution) to resolve list of deficiencies within the 30-day post inspection timeline.
- Assist the Director of Construction on scheduling and conducting the Frame walk with Homeowners, documents, and actions any approved specification changes/requests.
- Support the Director of Construction with homeowner occupancy transition (clean home; outstanding construction resolutions etc.) and hand-off to Customer Service for Tarion warranty items.
