Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulating RN)
Empire Center for Special Surgery | South Shore, Staten Island, NY
Empire Center for Special Surgery is a newly established ambulatory surgery center on the South Shore of Staten Island.
We are currently onboarding surgeons across ENT, Gynecology, Podiatry, General Surgery, Urology, and Pain Management, with plans to perform a wide range of procedures in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility.
Our center is also equipped with the da Vinci Surgical System, providing our surgical team with the opportunity to participate in robotic-assisted procedures using one of the most advanced surgical technologies available today.
We are seeking experienced Operating Room Registered Nurses for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions. Scheduling and availability will be discussed directly with leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
- Assist with surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other members of the perioperative team.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State RN license.
- Operating room experience required.
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
