- Provide wound care in accordance with established Standards of Nursing Practice
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized wound treatment plans
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and other nursing responsibilities
- Educate residents and families on wound prevention, treatment, and best practices
- Maintain consistent, high-quality, and safe nursing care
