- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time LPNs & RNs
- Flexible scheduling: choose 8- or 12-hour shifts
