Title: Rehab Unit Manager (RN or LPN)

Location: East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing, Marietta, GA
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily clinical operations on the Rehab Unit
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate nursing staff
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and consistent quality standards
- Ensure resident-centered care across all aspects of treatment
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
- Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
- Active Georgia RN or LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (rehab or LTC preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage clinical priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A resident-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
