Douglasville Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. In this vital role, you’ll oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure exceptional care for our residents, all within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Position Details:

• Role: RN Unit Manager
• Shift: Day | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Status: Full-Time

• Manage daily clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Coach and support nursing staff

• Provide on-call support as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia RN license
• BLS certification
• Supervisory or unit management experience preferred
