- Experienced as a Maintenance leader in a healthcare facility
- Working knowledge of the operations and maintenance of water heaters, HVAC units, and kitchen equipment

- Perform or supervise various maintenance functions such as installations, carpentry, furnace and air conditioner repairs, plumbing and appliance repairs, drywall and painting repairs, minor roof repairs, and more.
- Maintain control of maintenance storage and mechanical rooms.
- Ensure proper use and care of all tools, equipment, and vehicles.
