Responsibilities of LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse):
- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN or physician
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (only eligible for full-time hires)
