Duties/Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates.
- Provide a standout candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Provide input and advice on candidate selection and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate interview processes.
Recruitment Administration:
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of job offers.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements.
Market Insights and Reporting:
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, generating reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to the TAA team on candidate pipeline, recruitment activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
