We’re looking for a highly analytical and numbers-driven Revenue Manager to join the team at Emperor Rentals.
This role is focused on pricing optimization, forecasting, and revenue growth across a portfolio of vacation rental properties.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize nightly pricing and occupancy strategies
- Analyze market trends, seasonality, and competitor pricing

- Track KPIs such as ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR
- Support budgeting and financial planning decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent with numbers and spreadsheets
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Background in finance, economics, business, analytics, hospitality, or related fields is a plus
- Experience with Airbnb / short-term rentals / hotel revenue management is a bonus
