- Analyze property and portfolio performance to identify revenue enhancement opportunities
- Evaluate vendor, service provider, and contract-related costs, supporting pricing reviews and negotiations to maximize profitability and portfolio performance
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, budgets, and long-range financial projections
- Monitor key performance indicators including occupancy trends, rental rates, concessions, collections, and operating metrics
- Partner with Asset Management, Operations, and Finance teams to evaluate asset-level performance and strategic initiatives
- Prepare recurring revenue reports, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations
- Support acquisition underwriting, market analysis, and investment performance reviews as needed
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to maximize revenue and asset value
- Assist with annual budgeting, reforecasting, and portfolio planning processes
- Ensure data integrity across reporting platforms and financial systems
- Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis for leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis, asset management, FP&A, or related finance roles
- Prior experience within real estate, property management, REITs, multifamily, commercial real estate, or real estate investment firms required
- Experience negotiating pricing, vendor agreements, service contracts, or other revenue-impacting arrangements
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze pricing structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of revenue drivers, forecasting methodologies, and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence/reporting tools preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
- Experience supporting asset management, portfolio management, or investment teams is highly preferred
