Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience.

Qualifications
- 3 years of recent experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management software in a multifamily or property management environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in reporting, database management, and systems administration
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Yardi and RealPage systems, including user access, security roles, property setup, and Help Desk support
- Deliver system training, onboarding, and ongoing user support to improve adoption and operational efficiency
- Analyze financial, operational, occupancy, and leasing data to support business and portfolio performance
- Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and workflows using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Partner with accounting, operations, and asset management teams to improve processes, system integrations, and reporting capabilities
- Recommend and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience
