Suncoast Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a Pediatric Team Assistant provides administrative support to the Clinical Operations Manager related to the operation of the pediatric programs. The assistant works collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Manager and Pediatric team for any pediatric patient related tasks.

What you'll Do
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Pediatric Clinical Operations Manager and interdisciplinary pediatric team across all service areas.
- Monitor pediatric referrals, ensuring timely communication, documentation completion, and follow-up with appropriate team members.
- Prepare, update, and distribute interdisciplinary team (IDG) meeting materials, and support coordination of pediatric team meetings and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate pediatric respite and personal care services, including tracking utilization and maintaining related records.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need
- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Superior skills in providing internal and external customer-focused service delivery.
- Previous work experience and compliance with HIPAA and other clinical concerns requiring patient/client confidentiality.
