Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to work with us visiting our patients in their home in Palm Beach County while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm with a weekend requirement.

What You'll Do

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Must assist residents with activities of daily living, provide for personal care, comfort, and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of inpatient residents.
• Must also provide and maintain bodily and emotional comfort to Hospice patients/families and to educate and assist the patient/family in maintaining the maximum level of independent living in a safe environment.

• Consistently provide a high level of personalized, sincere and engaging service to patients and families always.
• Ensure the complete satisfaction of patients and families

What You'll Need

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
• Must be willing to accept direction and supervision.
• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to work comfortably with professionals and volunteers.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
