The Customer Service Representative will act as an ambassador between our clients and potential customers in the area. The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative position is able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional sales service to both our clients and prospective customers.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Provide outstanding sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Facilitate interactive presentations to potential customers by providing product and service information and sales quotes.
- Work with fellow Customer Service Representatives to successfully contact all provided leads
- Stay up to date with all client information, any promotions, products or service updates
- Build strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate client records.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
