About the Role
EMP Healthcare is seeking a Maryland-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a
school-based opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year.
The SLP will provide evaluations, therapy, IEP support, and progress monitoring for students
from birth through age 21. The estimated caseload is approximately 30 students.
Responsibilities
● Provide speech and language therapy services.
● Conduct evaluations and monitor student progress.
● Develop and support IEP goals.
● Maintain accurate documentation.
● Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
● Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings.
Requirements:
● Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
● Active Maryland SLP license required.
● School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
● Strong communication and documentation skills.
Compensation
● Up to $68.00 per hour.
● Estimated weekly pay up to $2,550 based on 37.5 hours.
● Full-time and part-time schedules available.
