Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist located in Rimrock, AZ. The Therapist will provide individual and group counseling services, perform mental health assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans. They will collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. In addition, the Therapist may facilitate workshops, provide crisis intervention support, and contribute to the development of emotional wellness programs aligned with EmotiCare's mission.

Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in counseling, psychotherapy, and mental health assessments
- Knowledge of treatment planning, intervention techniques, and relevant therapeutic approaches
- Effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with youth and addressing diverse mental health needs
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field (required)
- Current licensure or certification to practice as a Therapist in the state of Arizona (required)
- Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus
- Passion for youth mental health and commitment to fostering a stigma-free environment
