Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals (and optionally couples/families)
- Maintain a consistent weekly caseload
- Participate in supervision and/or peer consultation
- Complete clinical documentation (notes, treatment plans)
- Develop your clinical strengths and areas of specialization
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in Arizona (associate-level welcome)
- Able to maintain a caseload of ~20 clients/week
- Interest in ongoing learning and professional development
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
