- Own the entire recruiting process—from first hello to first day on the job.
- Write creative job postings that catch the right candidates’ attention.
- Source, screen, and interview hearts and minds as much as resumes.

Requirements
Who You Are:
- Experienced recruiter with at least two years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services.
- Creative, empathetic, and driven by purpose.
- Savvy with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
- Knowledgeable about employment law and best practices.
- Ready to grow—and help others do the same
