Responsibilities
- Prescription data entry and processing
- Medication preparation and counting
- Assisting pharmacists with daily workflow
- Answering phones and assisting patients
- Insurance billing and troubleshooting
- Inventory management and stocking
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Supporting medication synchronization and patient care programs
Qualifications
- Pharmacy technician experience preferred
- Kentucky pharmacy technician registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude
