Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and company standards
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with all health department regulations
- Properly store and label food items
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for service
- Support the overall success of the kitchen and restaurant
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of experience as a line cook in a full-service kitchen
- A true passion for food and hospitality – pizza experience is a plus!
- Solid knowledge of modern cooking techniques
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a high-volume kitchen
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs, and stand for long periods
- Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to use kitchen tools and equipment safely and effectively
