Emmaus Inc., a non-profit in Haverhill, MA is seeking a Full Time Outreach Housing Case Manager. The successful candidates will assist homeless individuals in searching for and securing stable housing, connect consumers to needed community services, provide stabilization support to those placed in housing, assist with landlord/tenant mediation, and write/maintain ongoing progress notes and monthly stabilization reports.The Outreach Case Manager would assist the Coordinated Entry Rehousing Program making a difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness by helping them to rebuild their lives and reach their fullest potential.Emmaus is willing to provide training and support to help the right person grow into the job.Requirements of the Case Managers:Full time, on-site shift 2 days 11am-7pm, 3 days 8am-4pmBi-lingual Spanish /English preferred but not requiredStrong written and oral English communication skills.MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.MUST be able to pass a screening for a safe driving record and CORI check.MUST be fully vaccinated for COVID-19Emmaus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Company DescriptionEmmaus, Inc., located in Haverhill, MA, is a non-profit housing and service organization that helps homeless families and individuals rebuild their lives and reach their fullest potential.
