Emmaus Home, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Connection Specialist to join our team. Position Summary
The Talent Connection Specialist is responsible for developing, organizing, and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain a diverse and talented workforce. This role partners closely with our leadership and administrative teams to ensure candidates are properly vetted and that the recruitment process is continuously improving through feedback, collaboration, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and post-hire follow-up
- Partner with leadership and administrative teams to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
- Gather and evaluate candidate qualifications to ensure compliance with employment laws, 6400 regulations, and organizational policies
- Proactively collect feedback from the leadership and administrative teams, candidates, staff, and individuals served to improve recruitment processes
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners to strengthen the talent pipeline
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through thoughtful and inclusive hiring practices
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to promote job openings and engage potential candidates
- Provide candidates with clear and comprehensive information regarding employee benefits and opportunities
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry-related activities to expand outreach and visibility
- Conduct at least two site visits per month to gather feedback from staff, supervisors, and individuals served
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment and onboarding records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Experience in recruitment, including sourcing, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, compliance requirements, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong ability to collaborate with various teams and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Experience coordinating onboarding processes and maintaining accurate documentation
- Proficiency in using social media and digital platforms for recruitment and employer branding
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
