Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in North Brunswick, NJ. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phones, managing communications, providing clerical support, and assisting executives with administrative needs. The role involves extensive organizational tasks and supporting smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
