The Production Coordinator plays a vital role in fueling the mission of Emmanuel by leading the production team at the Lakeville location. This position ensures that worship and production elements run smoothly, creating an engaging environment for people to encounter Jesus.
Key Responsibilities:
Production
- Lead and oversee the production team, including volunteers operating audio, video, lighting, and live streaming.
- Schedule, train, and equip volunteers to ensure high-quality production during Sunday services and special events.
- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, coordinating repairs or upgrades as needed.
- Help create a strong team culture, encouraging spiritual growth and excellence among worship and production volunteers.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of live production, including audio mixing, lighting, and video systems.
- Experience leading and developing volunteer teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for worship and creating an atmosphere where people can encounter God.
