Emma's is a fast paced and extremely busy kitchen. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to add to our staff. The ideal candidate will be able to lead the kitchen staff through a busy service. The candidate must have extensive experience in cooking on the line, food preparation, ordering, controlling labor, weekend specials, cleaning protocols and adherence to sanitary guidelines. Nights and weekends required. Only candidates with experience in all listed requirements wil be granted an interview. Serv Safe Manager certification required.
