YOUR IMPACT
Our Kitchen and Restaurant Manager is instrumental to our efficient food service operations, high-quality customer service, and overall well-running restaurant. We have an open kitchen, and you split your time between managing the FOH and BOH teams in their respective duties. You're an uplifting presence who motivates staff, greets guests, and checks on customers to ensure satisfaction.
Every day, you tackle management duties like opening and closing the restaurant, organizing inventory, creating prep lists, and delegating tasks amongst the team. As you perform your responsibilities, you identify areas for improvement and implement more effective strategies and processes. You ensure we serve high-quality food, maintain a neat and safe kitchen, and deliver exceptional customer service.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This management position works 8- to 9-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 am to 4:00 pm with two days off per week.
REQUIREMENTS
- Restaurant management experience
- FOH experience
- Customer service experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Motivation to grow and ability to drive results
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including some weekends
