Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
- Support with meal planning and preparation based on dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure a clean living environment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related role preferred
- Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual and possess strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations and a negative TB test
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proven ability to work independently while also being part of a team
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
