$500 SIGN ON BONUS BEING OFFERED
Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and help clients participate in physical activities.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients' health status.
- Prepare meals and assist clients with dietary needs.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Must possess a valid CHHA certification.
- Prior experience in home care or a healthcare environment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
