This role is crucial in helping us find compassionate and qualified professionals to support our clients in their homes. As a Home Care Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to uphold the quality of care Eminence Home Care is known for.
Responsibilities- Identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, job fairs, and networking.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to match the requirements of home care positions.
- Understand staffing needs and update job descriptions accordingly.
- Manage candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment records and database, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Enhance recruitment strategies based on market trends and company needs to continually improve hiring outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or home care industry.
- Familiarity with the unique requirements and challenges of hiring for home care roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and standard office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to recruitment.
- Relevant degree or certification in human resources or related field is advantageous.
