Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and helping clients maintain their independence. Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure that clients receive proper nutrition.
- Provide medication reminders and documentation of medication administration.
- Engage clients in social activities and offer emotional support.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Work closely with families to provide the best care possible
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a strong commitment to helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
